3. Scope of Services

4. Service Terms
Legal services are provided upon mutual agreement. Appointments can be scheduled via our contact form. All services require a deposit of 50% prior to commencement, with the balance due upon completion.
5. Info Product Terms
Info products are delivered digitally upon receipt of full payment. Access is granted through a secure download link sent to your registered email address. A personal use license applies; redistribution or resale is prohibited.
6. Goods Terms
Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are presented prior to confirmation. Title to goods transfers upon shipment.
7. Refund Policy
At Meralitho, we strive for complete satisfaction. Our refund guidelines differ by offering type:
7.1 Legal Services
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, as resources and schedules are allocated exclusively. Rescheduling is possible once without penalty, subject to availability.
7.2 Info Products
Requests for a refund of digital info products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you have not fully accessed or downloaded the product. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods may be shipped back for a refund within 14 days of delivery if they are in unused condition and in the original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back the item are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a shipment back, contact us via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 10 business days to the original payment source.
Certain personalized items are final sale and not eligible for a refund. Personalized documents incur design and preparation costs that cannot be recovered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Meralitho is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our offerings. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
